I recently had the pistol back to the maker because of changes under British law, and somewhere along the way the firing mechanism got misaligned. Result? I tried to demonstrate to the lovely Mrs Remco what a 'sweet sound' it makes when it goes off and nothing! Just a click. I need to get it sorted.

So nice to see you both, it just added to an amazing weekend.

It is a festival I recommend to all who can travel to Groenlo, a must see!

I will write love letters for anyone (for a small fee), but you can rest assured that I only write love letters to one person - and that is Mrs P.

The 'schrijver' is an idea I am trying out because at the moment I cannot go on the battlefield. It seems to have worked out well, as one person pointed out - 'at least you can write in straight lines!'
