For those who are interested...

Dear Fellow Gamers,

Finaly, the permission to organize a wargame weekend on the 11 to 13 of May, during the Dutch Amry open weekend (Landmachtdagen 2012) at the Oirschot (Eindhoven) Barracks, is given by the overall organisation.So preperations will start and i will make a from for some info and will send this to you in a few days.

The following text is not for those who have send a reaction already:

The theme will be Dutch units in battle or battles at the Dutch soil.
So this can be from the Romans until the present, from waterloo till Afghanistan, from the never happened battles against the Russians at the North Germany plains to the Hell’s highway around Eindhoven.

I know lots of you have nice games about Afghanistan, the 1600’s, the Cold War battles, The battles around Operation market Garden, Infatuate, The battle of Overloon, Waterloo, etc etc.

My question to you is, are you or your club interested to attend?

The guidelines of attending at this moment are:
- be prepared to be present on the 12 and 13th 9setting up on the 11th at the end of the day is possible, but attending all 3 days would be great….
- be prepared to set up your game before 09.00h
- At this moment I can not guarantee quarters for the night,

For those who are interested:
- With how many people will you attend?
- How much table space do you need? Big battles can be done!!!!
- On what days can you attend?
- What kind of game will you present (description, year, the connection to the Dutch or the Netherlands)?
- Will it be a demo or a participation game?(I don’t think their will be much participators due to all the other stuff on the barracks….
- Do you need any boards to hang up maps, pictures, etc?
- Do you need parking space or transport from the station at Best?

This is all the info I have so far.
