Ahha! bluefalchion,
there`s proof posted on the Forum, but mainly in the shape of things being quite smaller than a whole model figure. They being in total hundreds of French heads! All cast in hot glue, and from a plaster mould. All stuck and pinned onto earlier HAT Figures. One could go and try spotting them?
"That could be fun!"

The earlier Hat box gave one 16 marching infantry to a box which was perfect for creating Massed French Formations, 11 years ago!
The heads from the Drummer, and the Officer were used as Patterns. Eight Heads to each mould.

Using Wax Polish as a Parting Agent! One can make and cast two part moulds in white metal`TIN or LEAD ,or even HOT GUM!`, with the use of Gravity,Cups,
In-gates,Spinners,Vents and Risers! Just like they did over two and a half thousand years ago in Egypt and Greece! FLATS are still made in fine red sand even today.
