The crews look a bit stiff and cartoony, but it is obviously unique subject matter.

Maybe the figures are resin multi part and need filling etc to get the right fit. The oxy acetylene cutter welder seems to have a right leg joining at the waist.
I used to do a bit of gas cutting/welding. I don't entirely recognise the equipment. Two pipes should go to the torch usually combined or combined near the torch. The handle on the tool looks unusual as they are usually straight with small valves for the acetylene and oxygen on the torch. Cutters usually have a lever for the extra flow of oxygen. Anyway I am not saying it is wrong as these could be a standard but archaic German design.
