This year's WWI centenary is becoming more & more noticeable in 1/72nd scale finally.
Despite the latest Hät Schutztruppe disappointment, there is still enough reason to rejoice.
Enthusiasts of this conflict will be happy to hear that the relatively young chinese manufacturer Flyhawk apparently released what some already call THE definitive FT-17 tank kits in braille scale.
2 kits per box:
FH3000 - Renault FT17 (cast turret, with Hotchkiss 8mm MG or Puteaux 37mm Gun)
FH3001 - Renault FT17 (riveted turret, with Hotchkiss 8mm MG or Puteaux 37mm Gun)
Tracks are pre-assembled and the generel detail looks amazing.
As others said, these kits seem to be superior to their RPM & FtF equivalents, not to mention the rather rough Hät FT-17's.

They are already available in North America & Asia. MC Modellbau is the only european webshop announcing them at the moment afaik.

A really good year for WWI enthusiasts so far:
First came the MasterBox Mk.I & Mk.II tanks, lately ACE produced an excellent kit of the Schneider Canon de 155 C 1917 & now Flyhawk delivers the "ultimate" FT-17.
