I have been following the development of your French pontonniers on your personal website. You make some of the best looking and historically correct Napoleonic models in our scale that I know of. I look forward to see these models painted and photographed in a river setting.
Now that this project is getting shape one can only conclude that this is one of the most ambitious sets in the hobby I know of. Especially because, as mr Cryns said, it's very good looking and historically correct. Ánd, when you buy all sets, you have all the parts of this subject. In one style too. Love it. (but much to my regret I don't have time to paint it as quickly as needed to take part in the competition).
Unfortunately, time is a bit too tight for us. When the diorama Fortress Rosenberg is ready, Patrick wanted to build a very large diorama of the crossing of the Danube in 1809 for our museum. We can even talk in November at the "Dioramica" about it.
Dear Wolfgang you are always welcome to ask for pieces for your dioramas. And it would be wonderful to have some of my pieces done for the Crossing of the Danube, many of my miniatures are related to that campaign which in my opinion was the most interesting of all. In that occasion i wish to make some specials for you guys.

You ask for a extreme good modeler, and there is where it stops for me! I'm not such kind of person! Also two months for painting all that and making a complete diorama is very sharp to succeed. But I'm sure you will find someone to paint your wonderfull range of figures!
I think he wants that you sent pictures of dioramas you´ve made in the Past! Then he can decide, which Artist fits perfect to his figures! ...and If you "win" this deccision, you´ll get the figures and build the diorama!
Cool, thanks for explaining Michel and Peter... now all makes sense Just to explain myself, Francesco wants "extremely good modeler" and I'm around average so I didn't considered myself as candidate... I was just curious how it works
