Waterloo 1815 Italian Infantry in campaign dress (WWII)

Posted by Jesse on 11 Nov 2016, 08:58

Any one seen any pictures yet? I'm quite excited about this set.
There are a fair bunch of Italian ordinary infantry sets out there but I'm still waiting for the feeling of "finally a great set". The airfix figures are too small and with limited poses, W1815's own Infantry Support Group was ok but not great in my view, Caesar's is...well...Caesar, and intended more for the North Africa campaign anyway. So my hopes is on this new set. Never satisfied ey?

Great, thank you for sharing!
Great dio but the style on the figures, for what I can tell, seem to look like the ones from Caesar...unfortunately. Very soft plastic (bent rifles etc), and not quite the quality of sculpting and detail I'd wish. I was expecting something in the line of W1815s other recent set, WWI Alpini. I will wait Pictures on PSR before deciding though :)
