Ok Peter, now I feel compelled. Fortunately, your own Mummies will be a source of inspiration

There was a guy on here making some.

In one of the half-orc sets are two Half-Orcs carrying Halflings/Hobbits.

So they may.

If you reply to some of them, they surely reply that it's a ridiculous response !

For ents you can probably use some from Mithril. Scale shouldn't be a big problem here.

You all are lucky since a ent-force can include any tree-ent-driad miniature you may find between 28 and 100mm!

Just received my 3 sets, and these ones are the best from Dark Alliance for a long time. Even the Elves

Just got back from the Post Office with my order of 045 Mummies.

First impressions only - I like them. They are molded in a dark brown/chocolate brown coloured plastic. The sprues are quite thick so a sharp knife or good sprue cutters will be required. Poses are as in the illustrations. Quite animated and ambitious poses - the skulls themselves are incredibly well detailed. However some of the rest of the figures are a bit rough almost child-like. The archer has a sword slung on his back which is crude on the outside face and a bare of all detail where you can see it from the other side. Some of the figures are a bit 'chunky' around the legs - but that can be dismissed as sagging wrappings.
I say that they are ambitious because there are some really nice poses, with some interesting concepts - the Anubis headed figure is actually wearing an Anubis headress, with a nice gaunt skull-face underneath. There is another figure where the wrappings round his head have escaped from under his headress and one dangles across his face covering his right eye, leaving him to peer out of his left eye under the wrap.
There are other little bits of wrappings hanging off figures that are so finely molded they could easily be mistaken for flash.
And there is flash as well, as we have come to expect from manufacturers like Orion/Alliance, and in the box I have opened it doesn't appear too bad, around weapons and things like that so that it can betrimmed fairly easily, though I suppose given my comment about the detail of wrappings this is actually a case where some of the sprue could be put to use.
These are of course my first impressions, I bought three boxes so I have 12 of each pose to make up a Dragon Rampant army and haven't looked at each box yet, but I like these figures and I can see this army being a fairly easy one to paint - under coat in white, wash in red-brown/black mix, and pick out the details in off-white with the weapons in bronze and some bits of colour for the accents.
