These are so much better and because the heads are so nicely sculpted it may be possible to swop them with some of the earlier WWI sets. Well done Strelets.
In a way a bit of a shame as this better quality of sculpting could have been done a long time ago and would have probably resulted in better sales of sets of the least few years. It certainly would have affected my spending.
Nevertheless the change has come and it deserves our support.
A small criticism is the puttees are a bit over emphasised (ie a scale 1 cm+ thickness) but then a lot of figures do that and painting helps to conceal some of the "Michelin man" look.
